Behind The Painting
“Live in the sunshine, swim in the sea, and drink the wild air.”-Ralph Waldo Emerson
I wrote this quote into my drawing. If you look closely, you can still see some of the words peeking through. For this painting, I used three reference photos taken by an Idaho artist and an Idaho photographer. The photos were taken at Warm River, New Plymouth, and Boise Idaho. Taking an intuitive approach and blending the three photographs together, “Drink the Wild Air” was born.
This one is to remind you to get outside and experience nature as much as you can.
